| Obi-1 Given Sleep. |
| 25/3/06 11:21:40 AM |
It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of our rescued GSD 'Obi'. Obi came to us in 2001, after the circumstances of his owners changed. He was a little man with a big, big heart, and although his appearance would not win him any beauty contests, he was full of love and a real little character. He enjoyed nothing more than to have a lie-in in the morning, and would surface for his dinner in the afternoon, when the fire was burning! His passion was to 'have a go' at all the full-grown adult males - which he thought he was!!
As Obi got older, the problems associated with being a Dwarf GSD, finally overcame him. His last days were very discomforting for him, and our vet advised us that his organs were failing, so we decided to give the 'Little Man' sleep. Even at the last, he held his head high.
Goodnight Little Man. |
